Principal Dentist
I’m a Brisbane girl who qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Science (2001) and am the proud founder of Smile Studio Newstead.
With over 20 years experience in dentistry and facial injectables, my focus is to help you achieve health, confidence and your smile goals. I am passionate about quality and listening to your concerns and goals during thorough consultations that assist in the optimal planning of your best oral health outcome.
Dr Marisa Teh
Associate Dentist
Hi, I am originally from Perth where I studied my bachelor of Dental Science in 2013. I moved to Brisbane after graduating and love it here!
My passion for dentistry is in creating a friendly and welcoming environment. I love to build great relationships with all of my patients and want anyone to feel comfortable coming to the dentist.
In my spare time I love having a BBQ with family and close friends and go camping as often as we can.
Dr Jennifer Smith
Associate Dentist
I graduated from King’s College London in 2013 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and worked in practices in London and Somerset before immigrating to Australia in 2018.
I have a special interest in aesthetic dentistry & facial aesthetics and focus on providing beautiful smiles that look natural.
In my spare time, I am very passionate about performing arts & landscape photography:
Natalie Reid
Practice Manager
Since 2014, my dental journey has been a remarkable evolution—from the early days as a dental assistant to my current role in practice management. Each day, I find joy in guiding patients through their smile transformations, whether it’s through Invisalign or cosmetic procedures.
Beyond the world of dentistry, I cherish my roles as a wife and proud mother of two wonderful kids. Our family adventure is further enriched by the delightful presence of Daisy, our Instagram-famous border collie.
Nikki White
Oral Health Therapist
I’ve been in the dental industry since 2018. I’m originally a Gold Coast girl but I completed my Bachelor of Oral Health at CQU in Rockhampton.
I love building relationships with my patients and ensuring they remain comfortable throughout their whole dental appointment. I also work in Orthodontics a few days a week, so my favorite treatment is Invisalign.
In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym or eating at different restaurants and cafes.
Rhienna Story
Clinical Co-ordinator
I’ve been a dental assistant for over 10 years. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry and am passionate about ensuring patients feel comfortable during their dental visit.
In my spare time I am an Instagram content creator and have a strong interest in fashion and fitness.
